KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Functional Resource Management to join our Audit Functional Resource Management team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement staffing strategies for the Audit practiceManage staffing allocation while working with the engagement teams to determine appropriate staffing and profitabilityMaintain an understanding of audit terms and concepts to align employee skill set to engagement staffing needs; act as the day-to-day contact for managers and staff regarding general firm and resourceUtilize Resource Management systems to generate analysis and reporting of key staffing data including, headcount, utilization, attrition, and engagement leveragingWork with staff to understand career aspirations and to align desires with career development opportunitiesQualifications:
Minimum two years of recent resource management or audit experience, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environmentBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulasDetail-oriented with strong analytical and diagnostic skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities concurrently, meet deadlines with minimal supervision citizenship required KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
