CDM Service Group, Inc. is looking to hire a short-term consultant for approximately 6 months to assist with managing SAP SuccessFactors projects and system upgrades.  This position may lead to a regular part- or full-time position. 

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage projects from end-to-end implementation in the areas of Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Learning Management (LMS), and Performance Management & Goals Management, Succession, and Development.  Collaborate with our enterprise stakeholders such as HR, Accounting, and IT teams to drive continuous implementation, optimization, and adoption.
  • Analyze existing recruitment and onboarding processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to streamline and optimize processes.
  • Develop and maintain standard reports and automation and dashboards within the system modules and provide end-user training and support. 
  • Document requirements, perform configuration, draft & maintain test plans, user acceptance criteria and facilitate user acceptance testing and defect management.
  • Manage all system updates by reviewing and understanding the release notes, educating end users on new functionality, making recommendations on functionality to deploy, conducting new functionality and regression testing.
  • Provide end user support and training on new and existing processes and system functionality.  Develop system documentation, user guides, and training materials to ensure consistency and understanding of processes. 
  • Perform research into problems and technical issues, identifying opportunities to correct the situation, and ensures solutions will be effective for the long-term.
  • Identify and establish processes for ongoing system maintenance and back-end needs.
  • Collaborate with the IT Department on integrated solutions and ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations, audit and security best practices while adhering to enterprise change control and governance.

Qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Learning Management (LMS), and Performance Management & Goals Management, Succession, and Development platforms.
  • Experience supporting medium to large scale HR technology system administration.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with solid training and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management best practices.
  • Ability to travel as needed to our business units for training and implementation.
  • Strong problem solving, planning, and prioritization skills.
