Job Overview:

The Employee Resource Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Mobile Health employees, stakeholders, vendors and communities we serve. Perform employee related duties as it relates to payroll, FMLA, scheduling, and a host of other employee related functions. Provide overall support to Mobile Health employees by following through on employee inquiries through initial request through resolution. The Employee Resource Specialist will report to the Employee Resource Manager.

Qualifications: 

Required:

Associate’s Degree in Psychology or related field 2 years’ business related experience or equivalent experience

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field 2 years of employee relations / or customer service experience

Scheduling Requirements:

Full-Time, Days 40 hours per week

Essential Functions:

Consistently demonstrate and support Mobile Health’s mission, vision, core values and department customer service standards Respond and serve as the point of contact for all employee related inquiries; including but not limited to Payroll, FMLA, PTO , tuition reimbursement and expense reimbursement inquiries and respond in a timely manner Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including compiling data and discussing trends and concerns with management Ensure tracking compliance and maintain reporting for all new hire licensure and certifications Assist the Employee Resource team with special projects, scheduling and identifying ways to improve processes and procedures Maintain reports surrounding all employee specific compliance requirements and any subsequent tracking if needed Assist with the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) Process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) and Personnel Action Requests (PAR) to update employee status changes Post various Workplace marketing and employee elements for communication Assist and prepare correspondence as needed Manage weekly job summary/postings on various job boards (e.g. RWJBH Careers, Indeed, Workplace, Linkedin) Manage Mobile Health employee referral program; tracking and payments Conduct new employee orientation presentations Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
