Job Description

:
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing projects under the guidance of senior and Staff Manufacturing Engineers . Assists in various project management tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication, with the aim of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets .
* Contribute to the identification of project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
* Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
* Assist in allocating resources (manpower, equipment, and materials).
* Coordinate with team members and department managers to schedule tasks and monitor progress.
* Assist in resolving resource conflicts and prioritizing activities to ensure project deadlines are met.
* Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and meeting minutes
* Generate regular progress reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
* Participate in problem-solving and corrective action activities to address quality issues.
* Assist in facilitating communication between project teams, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Provide support in responding to stakeholder inquiries and requests for information.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
* Assist in identifying project risks and uncertainties, and maintaining risk registers.
* Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
* Alert senior management to emerging risks or issues that may impact project outcomes.

Requirements:
* BS in Engineering, business administration, or related field.
*Some experience in project management or relevant internship experience is desirable.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Problem-solving and analytical thinking
* Adaptability and willingness to learn
* Teamwork and collaboration

Descripción del trabajo:
Apoyar la planificación, coordinación y ejecución de proyectos de fabricación bajo la dirección de ingenieros de fabricación senior. Ayuda en diversas tareas de gestión de proyectos, incluida la programación, la asignación de recursos y la comunicación con las partes interesadas, con el objetivo de entregar los proyectos a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad.

Responsabilidades:
* Ayudar a desarrollar planes de proyecto, cronogramas y presupuestos.
* Contribuir a la identificación de entregables del proyecto, hitos y criterios de éxito.
* Apoyar la implementación de metodologías y mejores prácticas de gestión de proyectos.
* Ayudar en la asignación de recursos (mano de obra, equipo y materiales).
* Coordinar con miembros del equipo y gerentes de departamento para programar tareas y monitorear el progreso.
* Ayudar a resolver conflictos de recursos y priorizar actividades para garantizar que se cumplan los plazos del proyecto.
* Mantener la documentación del proyecto, incluidos cronogramas, presupuestos y actas de reuniones.
* Generar informes de progreso periódicos y actualizaciones para la alta dirección y las partes interesadas.
* Participa en actividades de solución de problemas y acción correctiva para abordar problemas de calidad.
* Ayudar a facilitar la comunicación entre equipos de proyecto, proveedores, clientes y otras partes interesadas.
* Brindar apoyo para responder a las consultas y solicitudes de información de las partes interesadas.
* Trabajar estrechamente con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar la finalización exitosa de los proyectos.
* Ayudar a identificar riesgos e incertidumbres del proyecto y mantener registros de riesgos.
* Apoyar la implementación de estrategias de mitigación de riesgos y planes de contingencia.
* Alertar a la alta dirección sobre riesgos o problemas emergentes que puedan afectar los resultados del proyecto.

Requisitos:
* Licenciatura en Ingeniería, administración de empresas o carreras afines.
*Es deseable cierta experiencia en gestión de proyectos o experiencia en prácticas relevantes.
* Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
* Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.
* Dominio de Microsoft Office Suite y software de gestión de proyectos.
* Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de equipo y colaborar con diversas partes interesadas.
* Atención al detalle y precisión.
* Resolución de problemas y pensamiento analítico.
* Adaptabilidad y disposición para aprender.
* Trabajo en equipo y colaboración.
