Job Title: Design Manager - Project
Location: Weirton, West Virginia
Experience:
- Demonstrated success with over 5 years of engineering involvement in managing manufacturing and industrial projects, overseeing them from conceptualization through to completion.
- Proficiency in factory engineering design and construction, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.
Skills:
- Mastery of AutoCAD, BIM, and Navisworks, enabling effective design and modeling of manufacturing facilities.
- Advanced project management capabilities, showcasing the application of project and program management principles to resolve intricate engineering challenges.
- Exceptional communication and documentation aptitude, adept at distilling complex issues into actionable plans.
- Strong organizational skills, coupled with effective leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven experience in managing competing priorities and tight deadlines within the framework of complex industrial project executions.
- Possesses a relentless drive, taking ownership of projects and demonstrating resourcefulness in problem-solving.
- Upholds a positive outlook and a deep-seated passion for enhancing manufacturing infrastructure.
- Excels in high-pressure and ambiguous environments, thriving on challenges and delivering results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or an equivalent field, providing a solid foundation for understanding and tackling engineering complexities.
