Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject
  • Compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Education Clearance Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing classroom duties as outlined in school district lesson plans and Kelly policies
  • Leading instruction based on existing lesson plans
  • Providing guidance on classroom topics/courses
  • Fostering positive relationships with students
  • Assigning reasonable tasks and homework
  • Encouraging student participation and empowerment
  • Creating an inclusive classroom environment tailored to student needs
  • Adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
  • Developing lesson plans and conducting assessments for long-term assignments, as needed
