Behavior Intervention Specialist for Schools in Scranton, PA

We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at BlazerJobs in Scranton, PA. This full-time role will involve working closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide essential support and implement behavior intervention plans.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on student behavior.
- Assist in developing new behavior plans.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student needs.
- Participate in training and professional development sessions.
- Current RBT certification.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
