Warehouse Manager Responsibilites

  • Maintain warehouse inventory and maintain a clean and safe warehouse yard
  • Properly maintain warehouse organization to ensure all materials are inventoried, accessible, countable, and identifiable
  • Develop and adopt procedures and make suggestions regarding procedures, standards, and equipment to facilitate safer and more efficient processes
  • Support field crews with inventory pars
  • Review and document inventory count to ensure accuracy within the warehouse
  • Deliver materials to job sites when needed and facilitate equipment / parts pick-ups and deliveries, including trash and scrap materials
  • Complete all required safety trainings, follow safety policies, and always demonstrate proper safety protocols
  • Manage monthly vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety
  • Schedule needed repairs and maintenance of vehicles

Warehouse Manager Qualifications

  • 2+ minimum of previous Warehouse Inventory Management experience preferred
  • Experience in warehouse leadership
  • Knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory control systems
  • Well organized and ability to work independently

Warehouse Manager Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age and have at minimum of three years of safe driving experience
  • Clean motor vehicle report, background check, and drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to work in extreme conditions (ie cold, hot, dirty environment, cramped, on ladders etc).
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to physically move heavy equipment with a pallet truck (up to 300 lbs.)
  • Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Authorized to work in the US for any employer
