Sansom Staffing has partnered with a global manufacturer of sensor, fieldbus, and connectivity and efficient solutions for factory and process automation recruiting for a Manufacturing Development Engineer.  Responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing our manufacturing processes standards and systems. Responsible to support the development and deployment of new products. Primary responsibilities include supporting product design while developing and implementing manufacturing solutions that support production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges. Process optimization, automation, and lean manufacturing principles will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing technical documentation, supporting product sampling, product process development, and tooling function

Minimum Qualifications:

 

The job requires a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or equivalent and more than 3 years of professional experience. Required that years of experience was utilized and deepened/broadened expertise in practice. Ideal candidate will be highly competent in mechanical and electromechanical systems/assemblies design, product evaluation, and manufacturing. Other desired skills include being self-motivated, detail-oriented, team-focused, and having strong people skills.

 

Experience with supporting our rebuilding of process/guidelines/standards for operations is desired. LSSBB certified is desired. Experience in product development is desired.
