Responsibilities:

·    Preparing food for cooking for appropriate age children
·    Keep up with industry trends and creating new recipes
·    Creating menus and monitor inventory
·    Follow and adhere to set budgets create savings opportunities.
·    Order food and necessary kitchen needs
·    Coordinate and implement food production.
·    Train support staff when needed.
·    Manage relationships with staff and vendors.
·    Ensure standard portions and quality of dishes
·    Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen.

Requirements:
MUST have degree in Culinary Arts
Must have 3+ years of experience
Must have a valid Driver's License and Transportation
