Commercial Account Executive

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasionally over-time may be requested. Some weekend event participation may be required.
Minimal to zero travel required. Travel to local events may be required. Occasional travel to other agency offices may be required.

Qualifications
- Knowledge on all lines of business including General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, etc.
- Accurately file and maintain client data and activities in the agency management system
- Collect all information needed for quotes
- Shop new and renewal business accounts through insurance market within agency timelines and deadlines
- Use our Superior variety of Carriers to multi-line up-sell current book of business.
- Market accounts to insurance carriers and/or provide required information to Commercial Sales Agents.
- Finalize and confirm all needed items and documents prior to reaching out to insured
- Make and receive calls to agency insureds in a professional and courteous manner
- Independent servicing of assigned book of business.
- Other duties as assigned
- Understanding of Commercial Insurance Rating Factors

4-40 Insurance license / Customer Service
2+ Years in a professional office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred Education and Experience
4 Year college degree
Proficiency with Vertafore AMS360 a plus
