As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by obtaining work throughout our Western Region. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain effective contact with potential buyers, focusing on developing long-term relationships in the market. This role requires a high level of travel, up to 75%, as you will be expected to meet with clients and prospects to build and maintain relationships. 

The ideal candidate will have a background in structural steel erection and/or fabrication. You will be expected to leverage your knowledge of the industry to drive sales and meet company goals. Required Experience
  • 5-7 years related experience in commercial or industrial construction.
  • Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation.
  • Effective sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Strong verbal, written, computer communication and technical presentation skills.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the construction industry to ensure full understanding of 
    customer needs.
  • Cultivate effective business relationships and communicate LPR’s capabilities to meet 
    customer goals and achieve company sales objectives.
  • Conduct contract negotiations, claims resolutions and customer maintenance.
