What success looks like in this role:

Serves as a Client Executive for clients in a defined business market. Leverages experience and expertise to manage client relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Becomes a trusted advisor for client business leaders, key functional representatives and other stakeholders. Develops a foundation for client interactions by forming collaborative and productive relationships with key decision makers. Establishes a strategic account plan that grows wallet share by identifying and winning whitespace opportunities with significant financial and operational impact. Conducts client satisfaction surveys/discussions and develops action plans to address client issues and concerns. Maintains and updates internal reporting and forecasting information for assigned accounts, escalating financial and other issues to leadership. Works with clients to ensure payment and resolve associated concerns and issues. Manages and achieves the operating plan and related revenue, TCV, and margin performance expectations.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years’ experience with 6 years of progressive sales experience within the State & Local technology space. Possesses strong sales skills, knowledge and experience in consultative/solution selling methodology.  Advanced knowledge of the marketplace, competition, industry segment and suppliers to leverage the Unisys value proposition. Possesses C-level contacts and relationships. Understands business drivers within the IT and Managed Services Industry.
