Telecommuting is allowed.

Provides project management support to busy and thriving meetings department. Duties include management of webinar & federal govt. awards program, continuing education administration, and speaker management.

Manage webinar program to include but not limited to content development, identifying topics & recruiting of speakers, developing timelines/deliverables, managing technology platform, customer service. Manage awards program to include but not limited to liaison to awards board, overseeing marketing, organizing award materials, managing judging & awarding process, recruiting of reviewers, production/timeline development. Manage session and speakers for annual meeting to include but not limited to sending speaker confirmations, speaker relations, collecting presentation materials, maintaining resource site and online conference portal. Recruit and select volunteers and host committees for all conferences. Develops work assignments and supervises volunteers onsite. Oversee and manage continuing education credits for all training events.

College degree. 5+ years’ experience in online learning, training, or similar background. Working knowledge of online training/webinar systems such as Zoom Webinars or a fast learner will suffice. Association experience preferred. Strong project management skills. Creating and maintaining project management blueprints and internal processes to meet deadlines and ensure the success of programs. Prioritizing workload, managing multiple projects, and highly detail oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication. High proficiency in using all forms of media to deliver a message, and ability to write for and present to a variety of audiences. Ability to travel 1-2 times per year.
