As a Merchandising/Account Management Intern at our Private Label Swimwear Division, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Account Management team in maintaining and developing relationships with our clients. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the swimwear industry and learn about the private label manufacturing process.
Start Date: April 2024
Hourly Rate: $20.00
Duration: 6 months
Location: New York City
Responsibilities:
Assist the Account Management team in day-to-day tasks, including email communication, order processing, and managing client inquiries and requests. Contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service. Address client concerns, inquiries, and requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, design, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery to clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, order details, and any relevant notes or updates. Assist in conducting market research to identify potential new clients, analyze market trends, and provide insights to support business development efforts. Aid in preparing sales presentations, product catalogs, and samples for client meetings Assist in generating reports and analyzing sales data to monitor client performance and identify areas for improvement. Support general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents, as required.Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and client communications. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment. Proactive problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and find suitable solutions. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.#lifung
