A leading residential construction company is seeking a skilled Multi-Family Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned Podium Style Multi-Family Construction Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in overseeing projects from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the construction processes involved in multi-family residential buildings, with a particular focus on podium style projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of multi-family construction projects, specifically podium style buildings.
  • Plan, schedule, budget, and implement project strategies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, building codes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
  • Manage all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify potential risks proactively and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on quality control and efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with specific expertise in multi-family residential projects (podium style preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing projects successfully from start to finish, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
