About the Role:

As our Project Manager, you'll lead residential remodeling projects from conception to completion. This role demands not only a blend of leadership and technical knowledge but also exceptional communication skills to effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage 5-15 residential remodeling projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and budget
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to collaborate with office support personnel, streamlining operations and achieving project objectives
  • Conduct detailed pre-planning, material ordering, and subcontractor scheduling, ensuring seamless workflow and project success
  • Perform regular site walkthroughs and maintain open lines of communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to meet project milestones and exceed expectations

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in residential remodeling or construction project management
  • Strong leadership skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Washington state safety regulations
  • A self-starter who aligns with our core values, dedicated to exceeding client expectations in every project

What We Offer:

  • Base $125k, Depending on experience with opportunities for commissions, and no ceiling on earning potential.
