Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized dining room including chairs, tables, trash receptacles, condiments and other areas determined by the supervisor. Operate the following equipment: floor vacuum, brooms, mops, wringers, buckets, sanitation towels and chemicals.Comprehend and follow both verbal and written directions assigned by the supervisor.Remove trash, waste, and spills on the dining room floor during serving periods.Maintain a clean and safe work area via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety and food handling regulations.Follow all outlined health and safety regulations with regard to equipment use and personal hygiene.Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards and other rules and policies.Lift and move food, food containers and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one’s own height.This position may be called upon to perform other jobs as determined by the supervisor.
