Your New Role:

  • Water Extraction: Use wet vacs and other equipment to remove water from affected areas.
  • Damage Assessment: Conduct moisture readings and assess the extent of water damage.
  • Setup and Monitor Equipment: Set up dehumidifiers, fans, and other drying equipment; monitor progress to ensure proper drying.
  • Demolition and Cleanup: Perform necessary demolition to access and remove water-damaged materials.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment used.
  • Customer Communication: Explain the mitigation process and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Upsell Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to customers and upsell when appropriate.

  • Hands-on experience in water damage mitigation and restoration
  • Proficiency in using water extraction and drying equipment

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including demolition and cleanup
  • Valid Driver's License and an insurable driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Motivated by a performance-based compensation model
