Position Requirements



Ability to set up and operate CNC spring forming machines with precision and thoroughness to meet quality standards in a production environment. Read and interpret blueprints and manufacture parts within specifications. Possess basic machine shop math skills and ability to perform calculations. Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) using precision measuring instruments and ensure parts conform to the blueprints. Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, etc.  Effective communication skills to convey technical information and collaborate on problem-solving. Efficient prioritization and time management skills to meet production schedules.
Preferred

Work flexible and extended hours as needed (2nd shift). Schedule may include weekends. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of finished products. Willingness to explore innovative machining techniques and technologies. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in machining processes or technology. Experience with any of the following machines: 4 Slide, FUL16, FMU16, FMU25, Bruderer, or Saga Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
