As a Quality Control Technician Trainee, you will embark on journey designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a proficient Quality Control Technician. You will work closely with experienced professionals, learning the ropes of quality control and product inspection.

  Quality Control Technician Trainee - What Will You Do?

Assist senior technicians in conducting inspections of incoming materials and finished products. Learn and perform quality tests and measurements under supervision. Document and maintain accurate records of quality control data. Assist in identifying and reporting non-conformities or defects. Collaborate with the quality control team to address issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures.  Requirements - Who Are We Looking For? 

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong desire to learn and develop a career in quality control within the building supply industry. Basic understanding of construction materials is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to following established procedures. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams. Willingness to take direction and learn from experienced technicians. Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping. Ability to acquire PDOT NECEPT aggregate certification within 18 months of employment. Able to collaborate and communicate across the business. Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
