A Production Team Lead job in Temecula, CA is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. You must have prior manufacturing experience managing a team. This is a day shift position with a scheduled time of 5:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. + Overtime. Compensation range is $27 per hour

Production Team Lead job responsibilities include:

  • Oversee departmental activities per standard operating procedures.
  • Work with the Shift Supervisor in the assignment and supervision of personnel to always achieve an efficient operation.
  • Assist the Shift Supervisor in seeing that all manufacturing orders are followed properly to completion and are filled out properly before being turned in.
  • Assists personnel in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments to perform work according to standard operating procedures.
  • Provide orderly and efficient changeover to the next shift.
  • Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions.
  • Support training and development of team members.

Qualifications:

  • Prior supervisory experience mentoring and motivating a team of individuals
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred
  • Compute basic math equations and accurately read a tape measure
  • High level of Mechanical Aptitude
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
