What You'll Contribute

The Manager, Corporate Investigations will be responsible for conducting internal investigations into potential violations of company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

What You'll Do

Conduct internal investigations into alleged violations of company policies, regulations, and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with established protocols and legal requirements. 20%Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and review relevant documentation to uncover accurate and relevant information for investigations. 15%Ensure investigations are conducted in a fair, unbiased, and thorough manner, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to internal policies and best practices. 15%Prepare clear and concise investigation reports, including findings, recommendations, and remedial actions, for review by relevant stakeholders. 15%Collaborate with external investigators, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies as needed to support investigationsDeliver security awareness and training programs to educate employees on security procedures and promote a culture of security consciousness. 5%Monitor security-related legislation, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the organization remains compliant and up to date with security practices. 5%
 

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including physical security, access control, surveillance systems, and incident response.Strong knowledge and experience in conducting investigations.Experience in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols in a corporate environment.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a security team.Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess security risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to corporate security.Proficient in using security technologies and tools, such as access control systems, video management systems, and incident management software.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of discretion.•Proficiency in utilizing investigation tools, data analysis software (e.g. eDiscovery), and relevant technology.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as security management, criminal justice, or risk management. Relevant certifications are desirable.5+ years experience in corporate security or a related field, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.High degree of proficiency in and/or understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST). CPP or similar certification.
