Position Overview:
The BI & Admin Assistant position will be held by an individual who is very detail-oriented, efficient, organized, and able to complete tasks to 100% every time. This position requires the ability to focus in a busy environment and complete tasks in a comprehensive manner including catching items before they become an issue and having a keen eye for tracking reports, numbers, and follow-up items. You will provide 1:1 instruction and group sessions, support to families, and implementing a program for children with autism, ADHD, or other disabilities. Responsibilities:
- Must be energetic, FUN, and enthusiastic about working with children.
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress (training & support onsite).
- Work with children in our clinic providing a safe and supportive environment.
- Responsible for manning the front door, manning the front desk and greet people, and just generally fill in all the gaps at the clinic. They would probably have some admin functions, Completing printing and laminating, and taking instruction on the Fly from the clinic staff.
- Provide 1:1 direct programs in our clinic (You will be trained)
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic about working with children

- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaker)
- BA Degree Preferred
- Google Suite experience (drive, sheets, docs, etc.), Microsoft excel experience.
- An open, friendly, energetic and flexible attitude is a must
- 1-2 years of direct work experience in an administrative office position
- Highly organized with attention to detail, and ability to track and maintain many different tasks.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced, stable, reliable, proactive team player
- Live locally, and own reliable transportation.
- Compassionate person who likes helping people
- Positive, fun, and enthusiastic attitude to serve children
- Ability to work independently, and is an effective communicator
- Must be reliable and a willingness to work with a variety of clients
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Behavioral knowledge and/or experience is preferred, but not required
- RBT certified is a plus, but not required (we will support you in obtaining certification)
