Supply Room Attendant PR02- 2nd shift Danville, VA

Job Details:
Pay $17.50 HOUR
This position is responsible for distributing supplies to team members and inventory control in the storeroom. This position is also responsible for assisting others in the parts room and ensuring work is completed accurately and timely.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Distributing supplies to team members
* Cycle counting and inventory control of production and housekeeping supplies and assist in parts room cycle counts
* Submitting requests to reorder supplies
* Stocking inventory in the proper location daily
* Perform social distancing monitoring checks
* Maintain clean and organized workspace utilizing 5S principles to prevent safety hazards
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: GED or High School diploma preferred.
* Computer Skills: Basic computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft office and SAP required.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to employees and management.
* Special Skills: Ability to read and write; possess basic math skills; ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift objects weighing 50 pounds occasionally
