Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In New York, the base salary pay range for this position is $192,000 to $307,000 for Directors and $225,000 to $359,000 for Senior Directors. In New Jersey and Washington, the base salary pay range for this position is $175,000 to $281,000 for Directors and $206,000 to $329,000 for Senior Directors. In Colorado, the base salary pay range for this position is $161,000 to $258,000 for Directors and $189,000 to $302,000 for Senior Directors. In California, the base salary pay range for this position is $161,000 to $307,000 for Directors and $189,000 to $359,000 for Senior Directors. In Detroit, the base salary pay range for this position is $161,000 to $258,000 for Directors and $189,000 to $302,000 for Senior Directors. The targeted base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $230,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
