Dining Room Host Responsibilities:

  • Smile
  • Create and Maintain Eye Contact
  • Speak Enthusiastically
  • Make Emotional Connections with Guests
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Check-in on Dining Room Guests to get refills, check on meal, throw away trash, make a connection.
  • Clean tables to prepare for the next Guests to dine
  • Replace trash cans in Dining Room
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
