Main Functions
As a Maintenance Technician your duties will include:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions Fabricate and weld parts as needed Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Perform and document maintenance, calibration, installation, fault diagnosis, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair plant instrumentation i.e. transmitters, analyzers, control valves, switches, relays, etc. Inspect, repair, and remove all types of generators, transformers, switches, control equipment, wiring, and electrical systems Work with a wide variety of instruments including pH, conductivity, ultrasonic, guide wave radar, mass flow, pressure transducers, RTD's, etc. Work with MCC's, PLC's, DCS, VFD's, and Safety Interlock Systems (SIS) Maintain files, logs, and drawings for all designated instruments and electric equipment Present a professional image at all times to clients and vendors and maintain a positive reputation of the company Follow all relevant company policies and procedures Assist other departments as necessary Perform other tasks as assigned.Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours:
40 – 50 per weekSchedule:
