Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of social media to lead the governance and oversight of our social media operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our social media activities comply with corporate policies, industry regulations, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, risk mitigation, and governance, with a proven ability to oversee effective and compliant social media initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and governing social media activities across the organization.
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring the social media inventory is current.
  • Acting as a business manager by auditing content to ensure it aligns with approved posts.
  • Regularly updating the social media inventory.
Job Requirements:
  • Strong background in social media management, risk mitigation, and governance
  • 5+ years of social media management, risk mitigation, and governance
  • Proficiency with business management
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency with Smart sheet
  • Proficiency with Hootsuite
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree
