Join Our Team: Junior Events Assistant

Are you passionate about planning and organizing events? Style Netbox is looking for a Junior Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA.

About the Role: As a Junior Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events.
You’ll assist our Events Coordinator in ensuring every detail is in place, making each event a success from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events, including corporate functions, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Support the Events Coordinator with event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
  • Help prepare event materials, including invitations, signage, and promotional items.
  • Monitor event timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and guest assistance.
  • Assist with post-event activities, including feedback collection and event analysis.
  • Maintain organized records of event details, budgets, and communications.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with event management software is a bonus.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
