We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using a variety of technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, a strong technical background, and a drive to mentor and guide other developers.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient web applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

Mentor and guide other developers, fostering their growth and development

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and practices

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development

Strong proficiency in at least one strongly typed language, with a willingness to work in TypeScript

Minimum 3 years of experience with one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Extensive experience with backend technologies, NoSQL and/or SQL databases, React, TypeScript, and Node.js

Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices

Experience with code reviews and mentoring other developers

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with GraphQL

Knowledge of serverless architectures, event driven systems, and microservices

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK

Experience working in a compliance-driven industry, such as healthcare or finance

Multi-tenant SaaS development experience

Experience in a leadership role

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $195,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
