Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Manufacturing Associate to join our team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with manufacturing diagnostic ultrasound transducers. Your attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment will be crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality products. 
Job Specifications:

- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Bothell, WA
- Pay Rate: $24/hr
- Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Weigh and mix epoxy-based materials.
- Clean and assemble high-precision molds.
- Perform light mechanical assembly of small components using hand tools and torque drivers.
- Carry out manual assembly operations including shielding, gluing, and cable preparation.
- Work with hands under a microscope to perform hand soldering of fine pitch cables and flexible circuits.
- Measure thin layers using high-precision drop gauges.
- Utilize high-precision tools such as height gages, calipers, and micrometers.
- Demonstrate basic equipment skills such as saws, machine mills, and machine lathes.
- Possess basic computer skills desired for device history record transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing preferred.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills necessary to complete various manufacturing documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic math.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to handle and work with chemicals.
- Must be able to lift 25lbs with or without accommodations.
