Guest Experience Supervisor

Leadership Role: Manage business operations leading a team of 20+.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 20+
- Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week
- Assist with social media and advertising for events
- Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service
- Ensure processes are in place to provide remarkable guest experiences
- Exceed expectations with the guest experience in catering pickup and delivery
- Maintain current restaurant POP with accurate pricing, campaigns, and appropriate signage based on business plan
Qualifications:
- Experience in team leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Humble servant-leader
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong project/time management skills
- Self-starter with strong follow through
- Ability to work independently on complex projects
- Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change
