Job Description

Job Summary

The Production Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment in the facility. The Production Operator will be required to coordinate with other team members, at the direction of the Production Manager, to complete daily tasks as required to meet the production schedule. The Production Operator will be required to maintain expected levels of quality and cleanliness

Job Responsibilities

Achieve proficiency with multiple production machines and operations. Work independently and alongside other team members as required. Fulfill requirements of completion for digital and physical documents related to production. Meet all safety and quality requirements prescribed by standard operating procedures. Maintain tools and equipment, and complete preventative maintenance. Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workstations, and the production facility in general.

3. Attention to Detail : Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy with a precise way of planning, organizing and managing activities with specific details. Very good at executing the details of a plan

Check work to ensure accuracy and completeness Compare finished work to what is expected and address inconsistencies Identify and address details that are easy to overlook or seem insignificant Clarify priorities Input data correctly within Salesforce/FinancialForce and other reports and tracking tools

5.  Time Management : Able to plan and exercise conscious control of time spent on activities

6. Adaptability : Willingness to operate in a flexible manner to ensure achievement of desired outcomes/goals.

Respond positively to changes, and be willing to use new practices to accomplish goals and solve problems appropriately Adapt goals and methods to achieve results in changing situations Shift responsibilities quickly and seamlessly as requested by Project Manager due to changes in project work loads Recover quickly from setbacks and find alternative ways to reach goals Manage change in a way that reduces the concern experienced by the customer and other resources on the project

Qualifications

High school diploma or state recognized equivalent required United States citizenship required Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand consistently throughout the day Experience in the construction of furniture, cabinetry, etc. strongly preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred Basic computer and digital communication proficiency
