Overview

The University Program Partner will be a key player in assisting, coordinating and executing both specialty residency programs and hygiene school university events with the goal to hire top talent for Dental Care Alliance supported practices. The Remote University Program Partner is responsible for coordinating, fostering, and developing positive relationships with specialty residency programs and hygiene schools throughout various states as it fits the DCA footprint.

Responsibilities

Act as a lead brand ambassador at both specialty residency programs and hygiene school events by managing internal and external relationships with target universities within the DCA markets

· Manage a relationship, strategy and process with TA team

· Supporting DCA recruiting strategies by building and maintaining relationships at specialty residency programs and hygiene schools while maintaining a pipeline of engaged students and residents

· Support the internal project management and execution of the University Relations SOP and guidelines

· Manage, facilitate, and execute all school events, including venue negotiations, catering, equipment, room set-up, presentation material accordingly with speaker and all communications

· Work closely with the Senior University Partner in coordination of events and scheduling

· Coordinate, execute and manage all communication and logistics with chief residents, faculty and student leaders for each event

· Manage close relations with Dental Directors, CDO’s, Chief Clinical Officer and Head of Talent Acquisitions

· Educating residents, students, faculty, program directors on the DCA model and value proposition

· Generate resident and student contacts and leads from all events using TA and University QR Code system via CRM event management

· Maintain and manage relationships with residents and students for future engagement and employment

· Maintain consistent follow-up process via CRM

· Work closely and cohesively with the Talent Acquisition Team

· Travel is required; 50-70%

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

· 2-3+ years of University Relations and School Recruitment events

· Event coordination and logistics, helpful

· Good computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Power-Point, Excel

· Flexibility to travel
