Today we are hiring aRemote/HybridSystems Admin Consultant Applications (PeopleSoft /Coupa / ERP) this role is in Atlanta GA as a Hybrid position itsmostly remote *Candidates must report to our Pleasanton or Pasadenaoffice twice per month to participate in monthlymeetings.

This hospital client is seeking ahighly skilled IT ERP Lead Functional Business Analyst to supportthe PeopleSoft ERP application and Supply chain Cloud applicationsand manage a group of approximately 10 professional FunctionalBusiness Analyst. The Functional Lead Analyst will be a part of thehospitals National functions in Finance and supply chain ProductionSupport staff and work directly with the National Finance groupsMaterial Directors and users to provide support and ensure thatSLAs and Customer relationship management is beingmet.

JobSummary:

In addition to theresponsibilities listed below this position drives the incident andproblem management process by resolving complex issues (e.g. rootcause analysis coordinate prevention plan ) and addressing second(2nd) level escalations as appropriate.


EssentialResponsibilities:

  • Conducts or oversees businessspecific projects byapplying deep expertise in subject area; promoting adherence to allprocedures and policies; developing work plans to meet businesspriorities and deadlines; determining and carrying out processesand methodologies; coordinating and delegating resources toaccomplish organizational goals; partnering internally andexternally to make effective business decisions; solving complexproblems; escalating issues or risks as appropriate; monitoringprogress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvementopportunities; evaluating recommendations made; and influencing thecompletion of project tasks by others.
  • Practices selfleadership and promotes learning in othersby building relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders;communicating information and providing advice to drive projectsforward; influencing team members within assigned unit; listeningand responding to seeking and addressing performance feedback;adapting to competing demands and new responsibilities; providingfeedback to others including upward feedback to leadership andmentoring junior team members; creating and executing plans tocapitalize on strengths and improve opportunity areas; and adaptingto and learning from change difficulties and feedback.
  • Collaborates with technical and project team leaders toresolve system problems and applicationspecific issues.
  • Communicates with product users and suppliers to shareinformation identify opportunities resolve problems prioritizecustomer requirements and maintain continuous improvement throughcustomer feedback.
  • Escalates unresolved orcritical issues risks or problems to system engineers andmanagement.
  • Meets timelines and providescrossfunctional resources to drive the delivery of appropriatesustainable and prompt solutions.
  • Plans andperforms complex system configuration.
  • Managesthe stability availability and performance of enterprise systemsand systems in one or more additional IT domains (e.g. systemsapplications network databases storage security) by performingcomplex systems analysis to identify problems trends andopportunities for improvement.
  • Plans themaintenance modification and documentation ofapplications.
  • Monitors the service of firstand second level support for enterprise systems and systems in oneor more additional IT domains by diagnosing troubleshooting andresolving complex incidents to minimize system issues.
  • Creates complex documentation of new and existing systemconfiguration and procedural information and supports others inensuring system configurations documentation is complete andaccurate.
  • Provides complex applicationorientedadministration and technical support for production andnonproduction environments.
  • Leads hardware andsoftware changes into environments and one or more additional ITproduction environments by performing impact analyses of systemchanges.
  • Develops guidelines to prevent and/orresolve recurring problems.
  • Recommends andexecutes complex performance tuning and optimizationactivities.
  • Evaluates new complex applicationpackages and identifies anticipated systems requirements forplanning purposes.

MinimumQualifications:

  • Minimum five (5) years experience in endtoendapplication/infrastructure production support.
  • Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working withIT or operational teams.
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering Social Science Education BusinessHealth Care or related field and Minimum eight (8) years working inIT or operations. Additional equivalent work experience may besubstituted for the degree requirement.
