  • Compensation: $17-20 per hour depending on experience.


Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Listen to customer needs and schedule service appointments.
  • Place outbound calls to schedule appointments and meet daily call needs.
  • Convert incoming calls to booked service appointments, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct outbound calls for quality control and follow-ups on inquiries.
  • Adhere to the company's plan for prompt and favorable resolution of customer complaints.
  • Deliver call scripts authentically, emphasizing transparency, compelling content, and a personable approach.
  • Answer multiple phone lines and perform other assigned clerical duties.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and management.


Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a preference for a home services background.
  • Phone sales experience is required.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or electrical service work is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills, strong typist, and familiarity with phone systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, drive, attention to detail, and collaboration within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective problem resolution.
  • Capability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
