Position Overview:Join our team as an IT Helpdesk Technician. You’ll manage support requests, solve diverse technical issues, and help onboard new users, manage monitoring tools to oversee various IT systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Quickly assess and prioritise support requests.
- Solve problems, including expert-level internet research.
- Onboard new users, ensuring they are equipped and informed.
- Maintain constant communication, providing clear and helpful support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in IT support across varied environments.
- Proven track record of managing technical projects or client relationships.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both PC and Mac systems.
- Experience in managing cloud-based services including Google Workspace and MS365.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and basic networking.
- Skilled in printer setup and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; Spanish is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Should be adept at technical writing and documentation.
