Position Summary

: Rutgers University-Camden seeks Early Childhood Teachers. These positions will report to the Assistant Director/Supervisor of the Early Learning Research Academy. The Pre-K Teacher will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a classroom environment that utilizes space, materials, routines, and guidance techniques to effectively facilitate physical, emotional, intellectual and social development of the children.

Minimum Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- NJ P-3 certification (standard or provisional) Required

State: NJ

Equipment Utilized:

Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with online , web-based instruction

Special Conditions:

All staff working with the early childhood program are required successfully complete a Child Abuse Record of Information (CARI) background check , as well as NJ Criminal History Record Information background check (CHRI).

Salary: Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, within university policy and salary schedules, as well as departmental budgets.
