Area Manager Assistant

Your Role
As our Area Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our US Northeast Area Manager as well as other regional direct reports staff. You will play an instrumental role in manage special projects that directly impact the business, as well as support our Northeast Area Manager administratively. To thrive in this role, you will be inquisitive, creative, and effective in planning, prioritizing and executing tasks in a timely manner.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners Work with management on business related projects, including planning area specific events Manage and prioritize information flow in a timely and accurate manner Manage our executive’s calendar and set up meetings with the leader to effectively manage time Make travel and accommodation arrangements as well as communicate those arrangements with a high level of detail and follow through Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports Create reports, presentations, communications, and type up meeting notes
Your Skills and Experiences
3+ years work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role Experience planning and executing events/special projects on teams and as an individual contributor Proven experience collaborating with and regularly presenting to senior leadership Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven ability to work with discretion and confidentiality Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The target salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
