Sus responsabilidades como líder del equipo de paisajismo

· Administrar el Campo –

o Eres literalmente las botas en el suelo. Recorrerá los sitios de trabajo, verificará el control de calidad y se asegurará de que se mantenga el equipo.

o El equipo depende de usted para mantener las cosas organizadas. Ayudará a estructurar las rutas, administrar los horarios de los empleados y mantener a los miembros de la tripulación organizados y concentrados en sus tareas.

o El equipo busca su apoyo. Encuentra soluciones para los problemas que surgen entre el personal. Y se asegura de que los miembros del equipo tengan la capacitación que necesitan.

o Se asegura de que todo esté envuelto y listo para el día siguiente.


Cómo medimos el éxito

· Asistencia: puede sonar básico, pero es fundamental que el líder del equipo dé el ejemplo de asistencia para el resto del equipo.

· Presupuesto frente a horas reales: mantener la rentabilidad de los trabajos depende de la gestión del tiempo planificado y dedicado a cada trabajo.

· Tasas de devolución: garantizará el control de calidad para asegurarse de que sea raro tener que volver a hacer un trabajo.

· Retención de la tripulación: Garantizar un ambiente de equipo saludable y hacer que las personas rindan cuentas ayudará a reducir la rotación.

· Retención de clientes: Construir excelentes relaciones con cada cliente y asegurarse de que reciban un servicio excepcional hará que regresen.

· Utilización completa de software y procesos: esto ayuda a que todo lo anterior sea posible.


Requisitos de trabajo para el líder del equipo de paisajismo

· La experiencia previa en las industrias de paisajismo, servicio de jardinería o servicios similares será fundamental para liderar un equipo.

· Si aún no los tiene, debe estar dispuesto a completar la capacitación para obtener todas las certificaciones y licencias requeridas dentro de los 6 meses, si es necesario.

Además, hay algunos requisitos mínimos adicionales que son necesarios para ser considerado para este puesto.

· Limpie el historial de conducción con experiencia conduciendo un remolque


Beneficios y pago

El rango de pago para este puesto es de $18.00 a $25.00 y depende de su experiencia como profesional del cuidado del césped o del paisajismo, así como también en la dirección de un equipo.


Los días festivos importantes pagados, el tiempo libre pagado y los días de enfermedad se activarán después de 90 días (laborables). (Las cancelaciones no contarán para los días hábiles)
