DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team at Three Doors Property. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate acquisitions and a proven track record in sales. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing investment properties that align with our strategic objectives.Responsibilities•Identify potential real estate investment opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.•Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other industry professionals to source off-market deals.•Conduct property evaluations, including financial analysis, market research, and due diligence.•Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents in collaboration with the acquisitions team.•Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and development teams, to ensure smooth transaction processes.•Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, deal pipelines, and market trends to management.Qualifications•Proven track record in general sales with real estate sales a plus, with a focus on acquisitions.•Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, market dynamics, and financial analysis.•Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
