As an Admin/Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Branch Manager by helping to deliver WOW service to our clients and partners while making the branch run like a well-oiled machine.

This role requires a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 


  • This is an in-person position and requires attendance at our Colonial Heights office.
  • Completion of Personality Assessment is required for consideration

Compensation:

$15 - $22 hourly based on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Calendar and Emails: Oversee the Team Leader's schedule, emails, and time-blocking activities.
  • Manage Client and Referral Partner Database: Update and maintain the database, producing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Manage Lead Pipeline: Handle the sales pipeline from initial contact to commitment.
  • Execute Marketing Programs: Conduct client and partner communications through various channels.
  • Event Management: Organize and execute monthly events and client activities.
  • Support Office Operations: Manage supplies, coordinate maintenance, and assist with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Enjoy interacting with clients and moving them smoothly through the process.
