The Role:

The Internal Communications Contractor is responsible for helping to inform, engage and empower the people at Client. Accomplish this through various channels including: intranet, corporate email, regional huddles and global all hands.


In this role you will:

Manage day-to-day employee communication requests, including drafting, editing and publishing messages.

Synthesize complex topics into clear, engaging content...be it written, visual or video format.

Coordinate and manage weekly employee meetings “virtual huddles” with stakeholders throughout the company to share relevant news and program updates

Provide recommendations for how to advance employee communications at Client to increase engagement and advocacy among employees worldwide

Work closely with cross-functional business partners globally to identify communications and program opportunities that help arm employees with the information they need to do their jobs effectively and be proud to work for Client

Review and proof communications to ensure simple and accurate messaging that employees worldwide can understand and relate to

Keep the employees social advocacy program up-to-date while being an ambassador for the program internally so employees understand their role and are inspired to advocate on behalf of the company

Support administration of internal communications tools (intranet, social advocacy, etc)


Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

3-5 years of internal communications experience with a passionate about people and their experiences at work

Strong writing and editing skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills within the team and across the organization

Ability to organization and manage multiple priorities

Basic video editing skills a plus

Basic computer (GSuite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), web publishing (blogging or vlogging) and graphics software (Photoshop) skills
