We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our private club dining experience. As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for all aspects of our culinary operations, from menu development and food preparation to staff leadership and budget management.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement seasonal menus that cater to diverse member preferences, while maintaining the Club's high standards for quality and presentation
- Manage food production for all dining outlets, including the hotel, main dining room, casual dining areas, and special events
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, sanitation, and safety.
- Lead and mentor a team of culinary professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Stay abreast of current culinary trends and techniques, and implement innovative ideas to enhance the member experience
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to develop menus for special events, member functions, and private parties
- Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high interaction and responsiveness to member feedback
- Passion for wine to create food pairing to elevate the member experience
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, high-end hotel environment, preferably within a private club setting
- CEC or CMC designation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing creative and successful menus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with members and staff
- In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety procedures
