Position Title: Agile Scrum Master

Location: Newark, DE

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 12 Months.

Job Type: CONTRACT, (Hybrid)

Shift: Monday- Friday (5x8)

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:
  • Assume the role of scrum master. As a scrum master, work with 1-2 agile teams to ensure the team's agile model is followed and conduct retrospectives to identify inefficiencies within the team and correct them.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with agile delivery teams in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Frameworks) environment.
  • Certifications preferred:
  • SAFe Scrum Master certification or Scrum Alliance CSM (certified Scrum Master)
  • SAFe Scaled Agile certification
