Overview
The Executive Director of Choose Home is responsible for the daily operations and administration of services provided by ChooseHome. Directly responsible for all aspects of operations including strategic planning and membership growth, program development, execution, coordination of care, evaluating services, annual budget, record maintenance, service excellence, employee relations, financial performance and regulatory compliance.

What you will do
Participates in the negotiation and evaluation of contracts as appropriate. Identifies and initiates new business opportunities with vendors and community partners. Emphasis placed on program growth, member census, and market share. Demonstrates effective project management skills to include: project tracking, reporting, and measurement activities that indicate progress towards department / system / corporate goals. Uses Performance Improvement processes to assess, analyze and systematically improve service delivery methods and processes; to ensure services are delivered in a timely manner consistent with current knowledge and scientific foundations of the profession and cost effectiveness of clinical services. Ensures staff/department competency and compliance with legal, ethical, regulatory, procedural and professional standards and practice guidelines. Coaches, mentors, and develops employees to ensure strong employee engagement and professional atmosphere. Provides ongoing constructive feedback and evaluation. Serves as community liaison by participating in community events, serving as local spokesperson, and collaborating with other organizations to achieve strategic goals.
