We are currently seeking a personable, friendly, and dependable individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator.

Role Overview:

As a Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, coordinating treatment plans, and providing support to both patients and our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

- Check and verify patient insurance details.

- File insurance claims and follow up on claim statuses.

- Prepare and present treatment proposals to patients and their families.

- Complete and manage treatment contracts.

- Receive and process patient payments.

- Track and manage patient accounts to ensure accuracy.

- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.

- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

- Experience in front desk operations or treatment coordinating preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- Dependable and responsible with a positive attitude.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt; training will be provided for the right candidate.

-Bilingual in any Language is a PLUS (Spanish, Cantonese...)
