About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Rockville Smiles. As a key member of our dental and orthodontics office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.


Key Responsibilities
  • Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of treatments, timelines, and financial arrangements to provide accurate information to patients.
  • Schedule treatments and manage follow-up appointments, ensuring timely and efficient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to our high standards of data management.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and between patients and orthodontists, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients, contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a Treatment Coordinator in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing.
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software.
  • Highly enthusiastic, supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Strong ability to learn new skills and a teachable approach.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management.
  • Compassionate, caring, and committed to providing exceptional patient services.
  • Punctual and reliable in all professional dealings.
  • Bilingual in either Spanish or Russian is required.
