Your day to day will consist of:
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying customer experience, behavioral science; participating in educational opportunities.
- Dispatches Technicians to client’s homes.
- Responds to email leads, web chats, and review site messages.
We are offering a starting wage of $18 to $20 per hour, depending on your experience level. We aggressively promote from within, and if you do great work, your upside at Rooter Hero is unlimited
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous dispatch experience
- Willing to work in person at our San Jose Office
- Willing to work Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM
- Great Verbal communication
- Phone & Data entry skills
